מדיניות פרטיות

TravelOS ("אנחנו") היא אפליקציית טיולים למטיילים בדרום ומרכז אמריקה. האחראית למידע (בעלת השליטה במאגר): N.M Builders & Development LLC, טקסס, ארה"ב, הפועלת בשם המסחרי TravelOS. פניות: travelosapp1.1@gmail.com. מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנו אוספים, למה, על סמך איזה בסיס חוקי, לכמה זמן אנו שומרים אותו, עם מי הוא משותף ואילו זכויות עומדות לך — בהתאם לתיקון 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות.

1. איזה מידע אנו אוספים

• זהות וחשבון: כתובת מייל; מספר טלפון — חובה בכל חשבון, כדי לוודא שמאחורי החשבון עומד אדם אמיתי וכדי שתוכל לקבל ולשלוח כסף בחלוקת ההוצאות. איננו שולחים לך SMS בעת ההרשמה. שם מלא ופרטי פרופיל (כינוי, תמונה, העדפות טיול, כשרות).
• טיולים והוצאות: יעדים, מסלולים, תקציבים והוצאות שאתה מזין — מסונכרנים לחשבונך בענן ומשוחזרים במכשירים שלך (מוצפנים בהעברה).
• מיקום (בהסכמה, אופציונלי): (א) רדאר — מקומות קרובים, מעובד בזמן אמת; (ב) שיתוף מיקום — מיקומך משותף עם חברי המעגל שאישרת בלבד, מתעדכן אוטומטית כל עוד השיתוף פעיל (ואם אישרת "תמיד" — גם כשהאפליקציה סגורה, כשאתה בתנועה), ונשמר כל עוד השיתוף פעיל; (ג) SOS — מיקומך נשלח לאנשי הקשר שבחרת; (ד) מנוע-הדיוק שמזהה את העיר שבה אתה שוהה — קטעי המיקום (legs) נשמרים כדי לתייק הוצאות ולבנות את ציר הזמן של הטיול. אפשר לכבות שיתוף מיקום בכל עת בהגדרות.
• עסקאות בנק וכרטיס (בהסכמה, אופציונלי): אם תחבר חשבון דרך Salt-Edge, אנו מאחדים נתוני עסקאות כדי לזהות הוצאות טיול אוטומטית. אם תשתמש ב-PassportCard, אנו קולטים תוויות ומטא-דאטה של עסקאות כרטיס. אינך חייב לחבר — ניתן להזין הוצאות ידנית.
• תוכן קהילה (UGC): ביקורות, הודעות צ׳אט, Squads ותוכן שאתה מפרסם — גלוי למשתמשים אחרים לפי ההקשר — וכן הודעות פרטיות (טקסט וקול), מודעות בשוק ופוסטים בלוח השותפים. הודעה פרטית גלויה רק למשתתפי השיחה; מנהל רשאי לקרוא או להאזין להודעה רק אם דווחה.
• אנשי קשר (רק אם בחרת "חברים מאנשי הקשר"): מספרי הטלפון שבאנשי הקשר נשלחים לשרת שלנו בחיבור מוצפן רק כדי לבדוק מי מהם כבר משתמש ב-TravelOS. המספרים אינם נשמרים ואינם נרשמים ביומנים, שמות אינם יוצאים מהמכשיר, ואיננו פונים לאנשי הקשר שלך.
• סוכן AI, קול וסריקה: הטקסט, ההקלטה או התמונה (קבלה, פוליסה) שאתה שולח מועברים דרך השרת שלנו לספקי בינה מלאכותית — Anthropic (טקסט ותמונה) ו-Deepgram (קול) — רק כדי להפיק תשובה. נבקש את אישורך לפני השימוש הראשון. תוכן השיחה עם הסוכן אינו נשמר בשרת שלנו אחרי שהתשובה נשלחה; אנו שומרים רק נתוני שימוש (מספר בקשות ועלות) לצורך מכסה. אל תשלח מידע רפואי או מסמכים שאינם נחוצים.
• טכני: טוקן להתראות דחיפה (push), מזהי מכשיר, לוגים ודיווחי קריסה.
• מודעות של עסקים: איזו מודעה הוצגה לך ביום מסוים ועל מה לחצת בה (וואטסאפ, חיוג, קישור, סגירה) — כדי להציג לכל היותר מודעה אחת ביום, לא להציג שוב מודעה שסגרת, ולמסור לעסק ספירות מצטברות בלבד. העסק לעולם אינו רואה מי ראה או לחץ. ההתאמה לעיר שבה אתה נמצא נעשית מהמיקום שכבר אישרת, והמיקום אינו נשמר לצורך זה.
• עסקים שמפרסמים: שם העסק, פרטי המודעה, תמונה, טלפון/קישור ומיקום העסק שמסרת, וסטטוס התשלום שמאשרת Apple (מזהה העסקה בלבד — איננו מקבלים פרטי כרטיס).

2. מטרות ובסיס חוקי

• הפעלת החשבון והשירות (בסיס: חוזה / תנאי השימוש).
• סנכרון ענן וגיבוי הנתונים שלך (בסיס: חוזה).
• מיקום, חיבור בנק, קול ושיווק (בסיס: הסכמה — ניתנת לביטול בכל עת).
• אבטחה, מניעת הונאה ושיפור המוצר (בסיס: אינטרס לגיטימי).
• עמידה בדרישות חוק (בסיס: חובה חוקית).

3. שיווק (סעיף 30א)

לא נשלח לך דיוור פרסומי (מייל / SMS / וואטסאפ) אלא אם סימנת הסכמה נפרדת ומפורשת. בכל הודעה תוכל להסיר את עצמך, וכן לבטל את ההסכמה בכל עת בהגדרות. התראות שיווקיות בדחיפה (למשל הצעת ביטוח או eSIM מאתר שותף) יישלחו רק אם הפעלת "הצעות משותפים" בהגדרות. אפשר לכבות בכל עת.

4. עם מי אנו חולקים — ספקי עיבוד

איננו מוכרים את המידע שלך. אנו נעזרים בספקים שמעבדים נתונים עבורנו בלבד:

• Supabase — אחסון, אימות וסנכרון ענן.
• Sentry — דוחות שגיאה וקריסה מהשרת שלנו, כדי לאתר תקלות ולתקן אותן. אינו מקליט מסכים ואינו מקבל את תוכן הטיול, ההוצאות או ההודעות שלך.
• Google Places / Maps — מפות ומקומות קרובים.
• Salt-Edge — איחוד עסקאות בנק (רק אם חיברת).
• PassportCard — נתוני עסקאות כרטיס (רק אם חיברת).
• Twilio — שליחת קודי אימות והתראות SMS.
• Deepgram — תמלול קולי (רק אם השתמשת בקול).
• Anthropic (Claude) — סוכן AI וסריקת קבלות/פוליסות, דרך השרת שלנו.
• Expo — שליחת התראות דחיפה.
• Apple ו-Google — כניסה לחשבון (אם בחרת להתחבר דרכם).
• LiteAPI — מחירי מלונות, ללא פרטים אישיים.
• Resend — מיילים תפעוליים.
• Travelpayouts / Stay22 — ייחוס הזמנה לקישור, מזהה לחיצה בלבד.
• Apple — עיבוד התשלום על מודעות של עסקים (App Store), כגורם הגובה.
• Stripe — עיבוד תשלומים (אם וכאשר ייכנסו תוכניות בתשלום).
• שותפי אפיליאציה (למשל ביטוח נסיעות) — בלחיצה על קישור מומלץ אתה עובר לאתר השותף, שם חלה מדיניות הפרטיות שלו. איננו מעבירים להם את נתוני הטיול או ההוצאות שלך.

4א. העברת מידע לחו"ל

המידע מאוחסן אצל Supabase ומעובד אצל ספקים בארה"ב ובמדינות נוספות. אנו מתקשרים עם ספקים בהסכמי עיבוד נתונים המחייבים אותם להגן על המידע ברמה שאינה פחותה מהמתואר כאן.

4ב. קטינים

השירות אינו מיועד למי שטרם מלאו לו 18, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם. אם נודע לנו שנאסף מידע כזה — נמחק אותו.

5. זמני שמירה

• נתוני חשבון, טיולים והוצאות — כל עוד החשבון פעיל; נמחקים עם מחיקת החשבון.
• קטעי מיקום של מנוע-הדיוק — עד 12 חודשים, או עד מחיקת הטיול / החשבון.
• שיתוף מיקום — נשמר רק כל עוד השיתוף פעיל.
• לוגים ודיווחי קריסה — עד 90 יום.
• שיחות עם סוכן ה-AI — תוכן השיחה אינו נשמר בשרת שלנו; נשמרים נתוני שימוש בלבד.
• הקלטה לתמלול קולי — אינה נשמרת אחרי התמלול.
• הודעות פרטיות (טקסט וקול) — עד שתמחק אותן או את החשבון.
• מספרי הטלפון מאנשי הקשר — אינם נשמרים כלל.
• אירועי מודעות (הוצגה / נלחצה) — כל עוד החשבון פעיל; נמחקים עם מחיקת החשבון. רשומות תשלום של עסק נשמרות לפי חובת הדין לרישומים חשבונאיים.
• רשומת הסכמת-שיווק (עם חותמת זמן) — כל עוד החשבון פעיל, כהוכחה לעמידה בחוק.

6. הזכויות שלך

• עיון, תיקון ומחיקה של המידע שלך.
• מחיקת חשבון וכל הנתונים — מיד מתוך האפליקציה: הגדרות → מחק חשבון (או פנייה אלינו).
• ביטול הסכמה (מיקום / בנק / קול / שיווק) בכל עת, ללא פגיעה בשאר השירות.
• הגשת תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.
• בהתאם למקום מגוריך או למקום שבו אתה נמצא, ייתכן שעומדות לך זכויות נוספות (למשל לפי ה-LGPD בברזיל, חוקי ארגנטינה, קולומביה, מקסיקו וצ'ילה, ה-GDPR, או חוקי מדינות בארה"ב כמו טקסס): גישה, תיקון, מחיקה, ניוד, התנגדות, ביטול הסכמה וערעור על דחיית בקשה. נענה תוך 30 יום. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו משתפים אותו לפרסום ממוקד.

7. אבטחה

המידע מוצפן בהעברה, הגישה מוגבלת לפי הרשאות (RLS), וכל משתמש רואה רק את הנתונים שלו. אם תהיה פגיעה באבטחת מידע שעלולה לסכן אותך, נודיע לך ולרשויות כנדרש בדין.

Privacy Policy (English)

TravelOS ("we") is a travel app for travelers in South and Central America. Controller: N.M Builders & Development LLC, Texas, USA, doing business as TravelOS. Contact: travelosapp1.1@gmail.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights — consistent with Israel's Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13).

1. What we collect

• Identity & account: email; a phone number — required for every account, so we know a real person is behind it and so expense splitting can move money to and from you. We do not send you an SMS at sign-up. Full name and profile details (nickname, photo, travel preferences, kosher).
• Trips & expenses: destinations, itineraries, budgets and expenses you enter — cloud-synced to your account and restored across your devices (encrypted in transit).
• Location (with consent, optional): (a) Radar — nearby places, processed in real time; (b) Location sharing — shared only with circle members you approved, updated automatically while sharing is on (and, if you allowed "Always", with the app closed too, when you move), kept while sharing is on; (c) SOS — sent to contacts you choose; (d) the precision engine that detects the city you're in — location legs are stored to file expenses and build your trip timeline. You can turn location sharing off anytime in Settings.
• Bank & card transactions (with consent, optional): if you connect an account via Salt-Edge, we aggregate transaction data to auto-detect trip expenses. If you use PassportCard, we ingest card-transaction labels and metadata. Connecting is optional — you can enter expenses manually.
• Community content (UGC): reviews, chat messages, Squads and content you post — visible to other users in context — including private messages (text and voice), marketplace listings and buddies-board posts. A private message is visible only to the people in the conversation; an administrator may read or listen to a message only if it was reported.
• Contacts (only if you choose "Friends from contacts"): the phone numbers in your contacts are sent over an encrypted connection to our server only to check which already use TravelOS. The numbers are not stored or logged, names never leave your device, and we never contact your contacts.
• AI Agent, voice and scanning: the text, recording or image (receipt, policy) you send goes via our server to AI providers — Anthropic (text and images) and Deepgram (voice) — only to produce a response. We ask for your permission before first use. The content of an AI conversation is not stored on our server after the answer is sent; we keep only usage data (number of requests and cost) for quotas. Do not send medical information or documents that are not needed.
• Technical: push-notification token, device identifiers, logs and crash reports.
• Business ads: which ad was shown to you on a given day and what you tapped in it (WhatsApp, call, link, close) — to show at most one ad a day, never re-show an ad you closed, and give the business aggregate counts only. A business never sees who saw or tapped. Matching an ad to the city you are in uses the location you already allowed; the location is not stored for this.
• Businesses that advertise: the business name, ad details, photo, phone/link and business location you provide, and whether Apple confirmed the payment (the transaction id only — we never receive card details).

2. Purposes & legal basis

• Running your account and the service (basis: contract / Terms).
• Cloud sync and backup of your data (basis: contract).
• Location, bank connection, voice and marketing (basis: consent — withdrawable anytime).
• Security, fraud prevention and product improvement (basis: legitimate interest).
• Meeting legal requirements (basis: legal obligation).

3. Marketing (Section 30A)

We will not send you promotional messages (email / SMS / WhatsApp) unless you gave separate, explicit consent. Every message lets you unsubscribe, and you can withdraw consent anytime in Settings. Promotional push notifications (e.g. an insurance or eSIM offer from a partner) are sent only if you turned on "Partner offers" in Settings. You can turn them off at any time.

4. Who we share with — processors

We do not sell your data. We use vendors that process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase — cloud storage, auth and sync.
• Sentry — error and crash reports from our server, so we can find and fix faults. It does not record screens and does not receive your trip, expense or message content.
• Google Places / Maps — maps and nearby places.
• Salt-Edge — bank-transaction aggregation (only if you connect).
• PassportCard — card-transaction data (only if you connect).
• Twilio — sending verification codes and SMS alerts.
• Deepgram — voice transcription (only if you use voice).
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI Agent and receipt/policy scanning, via our server.
• Expo — push-notification delivery.
• Apple and Google — sign-in (if you choose to sign in with them).
• LiteAPI — hotel prices, no personal data.
• Resend — operational email.
• Travelpayouts / Stay22 — booking attribution, click id only.
• Apple — payment processing for business ads (App Store), as the merchant of record.
• Stripe — payment processing (if and when paid plans launch).
• Affiliate partners (e.g. travel insurance) — tapping a recommended link takes you to the partner's site, where their privacy policy applies. We do not pass them your trip or expense data.

4a. International transfers

Data is stored with Supabase and processed by providers in the US and other countries. Our providers are bound by data-processing agreements to protect it at least as well as described here.

4b. Minors

The service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we delete it.

5. Retention

• Account, trips and expenses — while your account is active; deleted when you delete your account.
• Precision-engine location legs — up to 12 months, or until you delete the trip / account.
• Location sharing — kept only while sharing is active.
• Logs and crash reports — up to 90 days.
• AI Agent conversations — the content is not stored on our server; usage data only.
• Voice recordings for transcription — not kept after transcription.
• Private messages (text and voice) — until you delete them or your account.
• Phone numbers from your contacts — never stored.
• Ad events (shown / tapped) — while your account is active; deleted with your account. A business's payment records are kept as the law requires for accounting records.
• Marketing-consent record (with timestamp) — while your account is active, as proof of compliance.

6. Your rights

• Access, correct and delete your data.
• Delete your account and all data — instantly in-app: Settings → Delete account (or contact us).
• Withdraw consent (location / bank / voice / marketing) anytime, without affecting the rest of the service.
• Lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
• Depending on where you live or are located, you may have further rights (e.g. under Brazil's LGPD, the laws of Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Chile, the GDPR, or US state laws such as Texas's): access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and appeal of a refused request. We answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level permissions (RLS), and each user sees only their own data. If a security incident may put you at risk, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
